Singing Mamas

Singing Mamas is back on Monday the 22nd of September with 11 x FREE weekly sessions at MAC between 10-11.30am

This group is for mamas, grandmas, aunties, female carers and their little ones. In fact all women are welcome with or without children

We will be singing simple, easy to learn and uplifting songs from around the world to lift your mood, reduce stress and put a spring in your step

No musical ability required

We will make time for a chat over a brew at the end of the session with a home-baked cookie and snacks and drinks for the children

Free parking on site, toys and play mat for children provided, no upper age limit for little ones, all snacks and drinks are free.
